I am looking for someone to perform take off for large projects. My business completes various take-offs for tiling companies who need assistance in calculating the total square meters of tiles required for each room in a building. The square meter area is calculated with the use of floor plans and elevation drawings supplied by my clients. As we are growing significantly, we require someone to perform this work for us at the lowest possible price but with a quick turn around (generally within 24 hours). The calculations are simple but the areas must be as precise as possible when submitting the information back to us. The floor plan would also ideally be color-coded to help show each room that has been included in the calculations. I have attached a typical set of drawings we receive to this email for review. This will also be ongoing work as well for the successful candidate.
