A dxf overlay for a map of the planet Mars in CAD

I am an amateur astronomer specializing on Mars. We amateurs use a software called WinJUPOS. This allows us to measure changing features on images of Mars using an overlay which was created in AUTOCAD as a dxf file. The overlay (attached as Mars [login to view URL]) shows the outlines of surface features on Mars, but is based on out-of-date images. The surface has changed so much due to Martian dust storms that it can be hard to match the overlay to the current surface features. I need someone familiar with CAD to create a new revised overlay by tracing over a photographic map of the surface of Mars to show the important features. It should be fairly straightforward for a CAD person, but there may need to be a couple of iterations to get the lines finalized becasue some of the features require a judgement call.
