Need and Older Male Voice Talent Record Real Estate Script

We are in need of a voice talent to basically record a telephone auto-attendant script. We specifically need an older male voice talent because this will best suit how we want to promote our services and because we know this will appeal most to our customer demographics. The script we have is very short about 3-4 minutes long and very straightforward and comprehensive. The motivation is that we need a person that can basically put himself in character and sound like you are calling from a thriving real estate investment firm. You are a joint owner of a realty investment firm who is pretty excited to tell motivated sellers about the services - we are offering. We also do NOT want this to sound like a radio commercial, it has to sound like you are a confident professional (not stuttering, stumbling on words, just normal speech, etc.) and that you are calling from an office. (Again the motivation here is that you are a joint owner that has been assigned the task of recording this... (More on this when we get in contact). This project if very easy and will only take a little over 30-minutes to an hour of your time to complete. Since this project is very small and does not require too much effort we feel a fixed price of $30.00 is more than fair for this project.
