Sound Board App

Looking to (if the technology is available) create a mobile app and any necessary peripherals that would allow users to essentially gain access to the sound board at a live concert so that they can listen to the concert in real time through their headphones. The user could also adjust the audio that is streaming through their app on a virtual soundboard on their phone. Raise the vocals, add more high end, lower the bass, etc. Have you ever been to a live music venue and been disappointed because the audio in the venue was just unfixable? Just pop your headphones on during the show and have a crystal clear version pumping right into your head!
