Virtual Time Clock

Wanted to get bids for a virtual timeclock or time tracking system. The system needs to be created in ASP using a MS SQL Backend. I would guess this to be a few tables Staff, Project, Job Task, Time When an staff member comes to the website they punch in like they would at a factory. After the punch in the then punch in again on a specific project. They now have the ability to punch out of a project and upon doing so they are required to describe what it is they did on that project and what job task it is related to. Now the have the option to punch into another project or even the same. If they are done of the day or lest say ready go to lunch they can punch out of the system totally. The system needs to track two things primarly. Total working time punch in/out and then Total working time per project/task. This system has to have some pretty good checks and balanaces. The system should know if the user is already logged in. The should not have to remain open. The system should have an admin over tool and simple reports.
