2567 quote for the site

I have been approached for the site, and we need quote. The project is for an online wedding card site, which will have 2 designs for 2 sites, but will use the same database and backend administration. The client wishes to use ASP/MSSQL for the backend. The functionality of site is similar to: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], with some additional functionalities like online inserting text on card, print, preview of selected cards , create your own card online. The design should have some Flash elements such as banner, and some flash effect on the cards themselves.
