RSS News Feed integration for website

I am looking for an experienced developer to build out the news section of our website. The news section should pull in content related to the keywords "tobacco" and "cigarettes" and automatically create pages on our site that contain the content, along with links. A great example is at www dot cigoutlet dot net, look at their "tobacco news" section. Again, this needs to be an automated process, I am not looking for someone to create hundreds of web pages by hand.
