edit webtemplate pages

I have the webtemplate ready. Just the contact info is not working i.e. when client put the info, it doesnt come to my email. the code is written. Just need to modify it for the server. create a thank-you page after the customer submits the info change a image/text on the home temp. would pay $10. this should not take more than an hour. work is already done, just need to modify it.
