This is not a trival quiz. So questions such as "Who starred in a particular movie?" are not appropriate. Instead, you should compare two very similar movie stars, then focus on what makes these movie stars different, and how the user's preference for the difference reveals something about the user.
Here is an example based on Bollywood, but you can offer others:
Framework: Which virtue is most important?
Possible results: Beauty, Intelligence, Integrity
Select a total of 30 Bollywood actors and actresses
- 10 should exemplify "beauty
- 10 should exemplify "intelligence"
- 10 should exemplify "integrity"
Then create 15 pairings using these 30 actresses and actors.
DELIVERABLES
• Framework for Bollywood quiz, such as "What role would you play in a galaxy far, far away?" or "Which virtue is most important?"
• 3-4 responses to framework question, such as "Force-User, Visionary, Wingman or Survivor" or "beauty, intelligence or integrity"
• 15 questions with 2 responses for each question. Questions must be VERY SHORT - no more than 6 words.
• Commentary on each of 15 questions, with your preference for one of the two options and your reasoning for your preference. 150 words for each commentary.

To be considered, candidates must answer these three questions:
1. How can I be sure you are a Bollywood expert?
2. What question could form the framework for the Bollywood quiz?
3. What could be 3-4 possible quiz results for the framework question?
