Minecraft Horses Plugin 1.8.8

I would like the horse to be able to be trained, like when they're born they can't jump at all. When they become an adult and are allowed to be ridden, they can rear and make you fall off. Some horses would be harder to work with meaning they rear and throw you off more often, with more riding and going up the levels this would go away. Whenever you right click the horse with a stick, it would show the horses training level. Here are the levels: Born: Jump 0 - Level Status: None Just Grown: Jump 2 - Level Status: Starter From here the more they're ridden/trained the more levels they increase. Level: Beginner Novice - Jump: 3 blocks Level: Novice - Jump: 4 blocks Level: Training - Jump: 5 blocks Level: Modified - Jump 5.5 blocks (5 blocks and a slab) Level: Preliminary - Jump: 6 blocks Level: 2* - Jump: 6.5 blocks Level: Intermediate - Jump: 7 blocks Level: 3* - Jump: 7.5 blocks Level: Advanced - Jump: 8 blocks Level: 4* - 8.5 blocks Level: 5* - 9 blocks (all levels are US eventing levels you can look them up. just get back to me with how much this would cost and i'll see if i can add on to it from there. this would only be broadcasted to a private server with me and 1 friend on it, nobody else.)
