Swipe explain motion

as you can see in the image it's not moving ,, i want to make it move with the finger and the icon for both for delete and edit ,, the red one for delete i need it more darker and the green also more darker ,, and i need to change the icons cause it's not professional ,, you can make it in after affect or any animation software ,, the size i don't know cause we will insert it to App UI and it's most be transept cause there is dark mode also i attach 2 files to explain ,, we need the two for edit and delete be motional for be more explained thanks
