2d Animation with sliding transitions

NOTE: MUST READ ALL AS ALL INFORMATION IS THERE! SO PROPOSALS EXCEEDING THE BUDGET WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. I have some pictures that i want to be developed into the animation. For characters: [login to view URL] For backgrounds: [login to view URL] Other Details: It's a 2d animation: I want you to show how me and my fiance traveled on these places (Pictures provided) at the end show me sitting on my knees and proposing her with a person with me holding and playing the guitar. Motion Animations are on 2 points. One is the plane flying over the globe and stoping on a tack and 2nd me proposing her (use the characters provided). Rest are the swapping of pictures with different but beautiful transition effects. You have to apply cartoonic effect on the pictures too. Duration: Not specific depends on the creator Time to complete: 1 minute work in 2 days complete work in 8 days Budget: Budget is $60 and final. $15 more will be paid on the quality of you work. Payment Method: After awarding the job you will send me the animation with watermark on it so that i can see if you are on the right track or not. If you are i'll create the milestone and pay when you deliver the work without watermark. If you are not then the project is over. It's for both side safety.
