Need flash animation for a ''spirit meter'' on a Ghost Website.

Graphics are provided, just needs to be animated and coded. The spirit meter should light up, like a gage from left to right. Left being green lights, right being red, just like is shown in the graphics provided. The fully lit meter is shown in [login to view URL] The not lit meter is shown in [login to view URL] The lights will be controlled by a text file which I will explain in a minute. Under the gage, there is a "ghost communicator". This communicator will display a moving graph like the one depicted in the graphic, although it will need to be animated. A motion loop is fine but the loop must be at least one minute long (so the repeating loop is not noticeable). If needed I can generate a very long graphic for this that to make things go quicker. A word will pop up and fade away on a random timer. The timer should reset each time after the letters fade and have a randomly assigned time, anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds before another word pops up. The words that it pops up will be pulled from a text file that will look like this: corner, 7 basement, 3 murder, 12 The word before the comma is what is shown in the ghost communicator. The number after the comma is the number of lights that will light up on the spirit meter. As the word disappears the spirit meter will slowly decline over the course of 3 or 4 seconds to an "idle" state where it will show one to four dots lit up. In this idle state the ghost meter will fluxuate from one to four dots in a "sporadic" fashion.
