Experienced Flash animator needed

I'm looking for someone to design short Flash animations (10-30 seconds mostly) for ads and presentation material for Digital Signage displays. We're a new company growing fairly rapidly and looking to outsource some of the work required for our clients indoor signage displays. Jobs will be submitted as they become available. Could be the need for 1 animation or 10. We need someone who can work fast and produce professional quality content. You'll need to have good skills to interpret what is needed and deliver content promptly. Animations will need to be simple, clean and not over done with effects but sharp, punchy and attention-getting. Please provide samples of your work for us to review. I've included a sample of what kind of ads we're needing - nothing too complex but again, snappy and fun. We would like to work on a flat-rate fee per animation which makes it easier for us to sell to our clients so please provide ideas of your rates and what you suggest. As we already efficiently produce Flash animation ourselves, we know what's involved. Some animations will be very easy to create whereas others may take a bit more time but it should average out. Turnaround should be within 24-48hrs of receiving a job from us.
