2D Animation short video

Hi, i want to create a short 1-2 minute animation video to upload to Youtube, sort of like a video series. I want to create a funny video series on Youtube, like Cyanide and Happiness (you may have heard of their animation cartoons on Youtube). Anyway they create short, simple animations and i want to do the same thing, but with different characters and my own script. Please tell me if this is the sort of thing you are able to do, thank you.
