Integrate ngxAdmin with Rails 6 project - proof of concept

This is a quick exploratory project to integrate Akveo ngx-admin ([login to view URL]), an Angular 8 template, with a minimal Rails 6 project. The problem is to configure Webpacker loaders to properly load ngxAdmin styling, which is expressed as non-trivial tree of scss files. To complete this project you have to generate a standard Rais 6 project preconfigured for Angular framework, generate a single controller and embed a minimal set of ngxAdmin component in a view of this controller. The components to embed - as given by a minimal Akveo starting kit taken from starter-kit branch of their github project. There is a webpacker info on how to deal with scss files: [login to view URL] (as well as similar info on dealing with angular html templates: [login to view URL]). I have basically followed the procedure but got stuck in applying properly webpacker loaders. So basically I'm willing to pay for a competence in webpacker configuration (and, yes, I need this to be done quickly)
