Dear Employer, I understand you need to Geo tag location of users as their current location and client location to log when they were at site. You might also wish to record the time offline. So basically geo locate and scheduler to record time. There will be multi users who will use the app through mobile (android and apple) and through desktop. And an admin to configure all the accesses. So you would need user access level as well. I have checked your attached doc as well. I suggest to build this on Microsoft based Power Platform as it provides all the features that you are looking for. I have just completed a project on this and will provide demo as well.
