Expert, Experienced, Dedicated Android Developer for a new Kotlin App

Need help me to build an Android App in Kotlin(Not Jetpack). Only Expert & Experienced & Dedicated Android Developer who uploaded multiple App subscription based Apps. This is a dedicated task for 1 month for an expert. Beginner/Intermediate Developers Android developers - Please excuse. Following are the high level requirements. 1. CRUD application with one Activity and (main, settings,edit) Fragments. 2. Arch - ViewModels, DB - Repository pattern.
