Dating app with gaming option

I am looking for to develop an Android and iOS Dating application similar to Gleeden. The difference is that we will have a gaming option in additional in which the users can send request to users of opposite Gender to play with him/her. I prefer someone who has a good experience in game development and dating app development. Attached the review document. Additional information about the games - Some games like Kindu: Fun and flirty couple’s quiz which allows them to play even when they aren’t together. There are thousands of Questions set by us and they are classified or grouped under some Categories. The gaming option is free for woman and men will be asked to make payment to proceed if a woman accepts his gaming request. The woman will be allowed to send gaming request to her preferred men and men need to make the payment to accept the gaming requests. The messaging channel we have in the dating app should get enabled as well between them, so that they can communicate each other. So for the payment what men makes to accept gaming requests, he gets the oppurtunity to play and also message. Once the game bridge is activated between two users, anyone among them can choose a Category to be attempted and send request. The other user can accept of reject the request to attempt that category based on his/her comfort level, because there will be few adult oriented Categories which not everyone will be comfortable to answer. They must give simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers to each, and they are notified about the match percentage for each Category of Questions (We wont show them the match status for each question, but will just display the overall match percentage). Two users can attempt a category only once. Whenever they find time, they can request for different category to be attempted with same user. So the game bridge will be active always. We can end it or expire the game once all the categories are attempted and total match score is displayed or if any of the user gets deactivated or blocked. They can pair with multiple users of opposite gender to see with which person they match good. The admin should have an option to create/delete the group of topics (Category) and set related questionnaires. For a Category, the Admin may enter thousands of Questions, but for users, around 5 questions need to be randomly picked for each category. In that way we can make sure if the same user attempts the same category with different users, the related Questions are not repeated always. There are chances that a few questions repeated and if yes, it should be fine. For most of the Questions we just give option to select Yes or No as answer, but for a few, I also see that we might have to include "Sometime" as an option. So it would be great if Admin can choose for what questions the "Sometime" option need to be enabled. The admin should have the control to set how much credits/coins men needs to pay to play. The amount is same for all men users, however, admin needs the option to revise the amount to increase/decrease/set discounted price in the future. Hope you have noticed, I have mentioned in the document attached, a same kind of admin controls to set/revise amount for messaging requests as well.
