miva merchant help

This project is for someone who is familiar with Miva Merchant Version 9 Custom Order Fields Need to add extra questions to check out pages Miva Merchant (Version 9) to collect additional data: For instance: if they were referred to us (text field to enter info); then whether they would like to know about our referral program (drop down menu) and then whether they would like to sign up for our monthly newsletter. I currently have a module installed that collects this data, but it only works for orders paid with a credit card - it does not work with Paypal (data does not pass through). All I need is for this extra info to show up in the email we receive that an order has been placed.
