Hello, my name is Daniyal and I am a AWS Cloud expert with extensive experience working on core services like EC2, ECS, S3, RDS and more. I am also a host and provide support and automation using AWS services as well as 3rd party services like Jenkins. I understand that your enginner used his credit card on your account AWS and now the account is suspended. They are asking for many documents about the credit card/bill but now they are asking for copies of recent statements for your MasterCard ending in 33 including the billing address. They also require your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your AWS account. I understand that this information doesn't match what is on file so they cannot unblock your account yet.
