Silverlight web app conversion to HTML5

We're looking for someone who has the ability to re-write an existing silverlight application using an HTML5 framework of choice. The application is a web based digital signage player(VB.NET). The Silverlight app contacts a WCF web service, grabs a schedule in XML, parses, figures out what to download(can be videos, images, RSS feeds, etc), downloads the content then displays the content for a set period of time per screen item, according to the schedule(time of day, ordering, etc). Screen items can be stacked and arranged via another designer application, which assembles the scheduling metadata. The schedule/XML(JSON is also available and can be used) will display exact coordinates as to where the items need to be displayed back to the user on the app. For example, a user can create a screen with an image as a background, then overlay text, other images, video, twitter feeds, etc all on same screen. The app code will need to be easily embedded into existing websites. Basic example of the current silverlight playback is located: [login to view URL] The elements vary from static text, scrolling text, static images, videos, twitter feeds(scrolling or static), RSS feeds(scrolling or static), weather forecast items, etc. The existing code is all VB.NET, it's all pretty straight forward and can be used as reference code for the overall app activities. I would like the following goals to be achieved from this stage: *App loads(Chrome and IE) and downloads both scheduling and content(images, videos, RSS strings, etc) via web service based on serial ID(currently a GET var) *App parses schedule, determines what items can playback, start playing back scheduled screens in order as specified by schedule *Screens are arranged per XML coordinates *Display elements will include: *Static images *Static text(also option of including current date/time) *Scrolling text *Twitter/RSS feeds with caching *Video playback *Weather with caching(current conditions, forecast) *Screen transitions of fade or left/right I can demo the designer tool, as well as a code walkthrough as to how the current player operates and send sample XML/JSON.
