React Native Application Development - UI-less, Firebase Integration

I'm looking for a programmer who can create a simple UI-less application using React Native, preferably targeting Android 11. I want to receive all the files and imports before compilation so that I can modify the text myself, rather than receiving a ready-made APK. The application will be used by two types of users - a regular user and an administrator who will make changes. I'm not sure if I need a separate administrative application or if I can use the same application as the user, but with additional code in the appropriate section. The application itself won't be complex, but it should update several parameters in real-time through modifications made by the administrator or through a simple admin panel accessible with a code. It should also notify when a user enters the application (or if not possible, when they access a specific page or log in), and it should track user visits to specific sections. The application should have a fixed bottom bar with four tabs that change their icon or image when selected. Additionally, there should be a top slider visible on all screens, allowing users to scroll and select categories to navigate to the next screen. The slider should also highlight the current tab position, with the bar adjusting its size according to the length of the tab text and changing the font color, ensuring the title is centered on the screen. Furthermore, the application should support swiping gestures to navigate to the next or previous screens by swiping right or left. The most important aspect is that the application needs to be connected to Firebase to allow real-time modification or addition of parameters without requiring the user to refresh the application.
