Webshop supermarket system

Hi all. I am looking for an EXPERIENCED and ORGANIZED developer. complete Xhtml, web2.0, SEF and structured source (fast loading, clean code). The lancer that get this project and does a superb job on it, will have an excellent oppertunity to get alot of work in the future. Project Description: A webshop supermarket system, that offer a complete free webshop when signing up for small businesses and/or private citizens. Example of usage: You have a small business, and have no knowledge regarding programming, webshop setup, domain and so on. You would like to have a webshop for your products, and you do not want it to ruin your economy. You visit this system, and sign up for a free webshop. You get an url: [login to view URL] (SEF url), where all your categories and products will be listed for any visitor to your webshop. You will get access to a backoffice system where you can add categories/products, change settings and have access to all your sales/invoices. - It will be free to create and setup a webshop - When someone buy one of your products and checkout. You receive an email with invoice (pdf), and if wanted, an sms to your cellphone (script for this with api connection will be delivered upon completion of project). - A Fee calculated for each sale (example: 5% + 1$) - The system admin/owners will each month, bill the businesses that have gathered fees in their account. - Billing of businesses will be done by separate offsite invoice system, and accounts are updated as payed when payment is received. - If fee does not get payed, ever, or missuse of account, superadmin/owners can deactivate the store, and a message will appear at the store URL. This store has been deactivated, please try again later or browse our other stores for similar products. That was the usage of system, and how it will work explained. I will try to go more into details now that you are familiar with how the system will be used, and some of the functions needed. System contains of 3 parts: - Suparadmin backoffice (systemadmins/owners) - store owners backoffice (signed up businesses adminpanel) - customers login (frontend for shoppers). Superadmin backoffice: - List all created stores - option to set store as featured (will show on frontend - mainsite, for a small fee, example: 10$ one week) - View/edit/delete all their categories/products - Option to set any products as featured (same as store featured, small fee). - add new categories/products for them. - Manually create new store (edit store info, deactivate store ++) - Request system (status on requests: Open - Closed). - Able to contact/reply store owners trough request system (email and/or sms). - List all Fees that have been calculated, and change status on them (not billed, pending, payed, cancelled) - Fees linked to orders/invoices: invoice number. - List all invoices/orders (all stores)(edit/delete- fee recalculated on edit/delete). - All listings => sortable, searchable (simple to browse and find what information you are looking for). - Settings: Fee settings (order fee: 5% + 3$, featured cat: 5$, featured product: 3$ - All changable). - Settings: basic settings, site email and so on. Store owners admin: - Clean and simple layout, easy to navigate and use. - Login: username= email addr, password, remember me, forgot pass - Each created store will be assigned a unique 5 digit store ID (not changable). Example: 12345, or 12893 and so on, this id will be used to identify the store all over the system. Store owner ID number. - all files/images ++ that are beeing uploaded location: root/content/store-id/files (example: root/content/12345/[login to view URL] and so on) - Create/edit/delete categories (name, description, image (1 img only - autoresize) - Create/edit/delete products (name, description, images (max 3 autoresize on upload to minimize storage usage). - View orders/invoices - able to set status (pending, shipped, delivered). - Not able to edit/delete invoices. To do this, store owner have to contact systemadmin/owners trough a link: Request deletion/editing from systemadmin. fill out why reason, and send request? - Able to download invoices as PDF, and/or email to a customer/store owner). - View customers that have shopped in your store (display link to their orders/invoices), no other customers. no deletion/editing of customers.(request systemadmin to do this). - Store settings (logo, company name, SEF url (ajax check - not taken?), payment option, shipping costs, billing adress, email, cellphone and so on. - Simple style changer for their store (change bg color, link color, bg image and so on - kinda like gmail, but not to advanced). Customers login: - Regular webshop customer login: username=email adr, pass, remember me, forgot pass) - My orders, my details (shipping adr, billing, cellphone ++). - Able to use same login for all stores in system. - shoppingcart, checkout ++ Regaring payment options: Will include two payment options for the core system that the store owner can select to use. - Paypal - Invoice I am planning to include visa payment later on from a provider in my country (depends on the deal they can offer), and if a store owner add visa payment option to his account, he will be charged a usage fee for this. this will be done later on, and I will discuss the best way to do this with the winnign lancer. I believe I have explained the system in good details, and just remember, I need somone that are well organized in his coding, and have knowledge of webshop systems. I want this system to be as easy as possible to use for the store owners, and they should be able to create their own store with a few simple clicks, and with no knowledge of programming. complete xhtml, web2.0, whatever library you prefer, and UTF-8 everything!
