Financials, Cash Flow Statement and balance sheet Creation

We have an entity that we have an income statement for 2009 and 2010, here is what we need, : 1) a balance sheet that makes sense relative to the income statement and looks strong, we need this for 2009 and 2010. 2) We need a cash flow statement created, based on our summarized input and data, that also makes sense relative to the income statement. This is also needed for 2009 and 2010. These documents need to be provided to a vendor to get better rates on the services provided. l This is probably 3 hours work or less for a qualified CPA or bookkeeper qualified individual who is familiar with creating and working on financial statements and knows how all the numbers tie to each other and has a solid understanding of all working parts of the financial statement. You will need to be able to explain to us how each ties to the other and the difference between the statements. Simple for a qualified experienced financial analyst or CPA or bookkeeper. Most importantly, This needs to be completed by the end of the day TODAY so we can review it. We are in California, PST time zone.
