I need a super-simple website, should take ~10 minutes to someone who knows what they're doing. The site must be Node.js driven and run on a windows OS. The site includes 2 buttons ("On" and "Off") and a place for an image (initially blank). When clicking on On, it should execute the command "%windir%\system32\ping [login to view URL]", and change the image to a green thumbs up image. When clicking on Off, it should execute the command "%windir%\system32\ping [login to view URL]", and change the image to a red stop sign image. The delivery should include a [login to view URL] file so that I can easily install and test the site on my local machine. Payment in full upon completion.
