I need a web developer who would design a website for me using HTML and javascript libraries. The website should be responsive, that should be able to work both on desktops and mobile. The developer should be well versed in HTML,CSS3,Javascript libraries, Jquery and Jquery mobile would be a add-on. Initially only a basic website is expected , but if the design is good , we can work together on its expansion and enhancement. The developer should be a self learner and determined to help us out.
