Bookmarks Poster

in the attached file there is a big number of bookmarks sites, I need a (c#\vb.net) program that register and post to 20 sites from this list. PS: 1/ User should use only sites that google rank is in the first page , use this url for that [[login to view URL]][1] 2/No browser control or ewternal browser is allosed, use only http requests 3/ for captcha I am using deathbycaptcha API, If you don't have experience with this please don't bid 4/ I need the program multi threaded so I can choose the thread number in configuration (put GOT IT in the bit or your bid will be ignored) 5/ a bonus of 20$ will be paid if the work is done before deadline and with good quality and as described... 6/ This just a module of 8 other very similar projects (directory submitter, press submitter...) so who will do this project will do others as well...
