Besides my post-graduation in Anthropology I studied Public Health, Law and MPA, major in Governance & Public Policy with a view to working with different international agencies at different position like: teaching, capacity building, research, policy and advocacy.
I started working with different national and international NGOs at different capacity building, research and advocacy related positions. These positions taught me how to work with national and international academia, researchers, policy makers, civil society, local government institutes, media, and administration to change and adopt policies at different levels. I am particularly interested in teaching, policy advocacy, research and capacity building work and always want to develop my career in that direction.
I have 10 years’ experience of working in teaching, training, curricula, policy advocacy, research, programme implementation, media, skills development, community mobilization, youth groups, Rights Based Approach (RBA), Child rights, protection and governance, Social safety Net to take measures by reforming or changing policies for the most marginalized and the poorest people of country. I also have experience working with administration (local-centre) local government, civil society, grassroots leaders, traditional leaders, civil society and media.
