Check English to Turkish Document Translation

We require a person to check the translation of a one and a half page document. The English version of the document is 846 words in length and an experienced translator has performed the translation. The job should be straightforward and simply a process of checking for spelling and grammar, providing constructive comments, and suggesting any possible improvements. This will probably involve just 2-3 short emails regarding the translations. We expect to select a service provider early on Monday 18 December and require a quick turn around of material (preferably within 24 hours). We are also very unlikely to select any provider that charges more than $30 due to the small size of the project. We prefer to use the escrow system and you need to tell us at time of bidding if you require another form of payment.
