Crowdsourcing for simple VLC transcoding and streaming scripts

Your task is to update the script so that it seamlessly works for live as well as playlist mms streams on iphone/ ipad devices. Your task is to update the script so that it seamlessly works for live as well as playlist mms streams for blackberry, android and nokia devices. Deliverable: Command line Scripts as requested as per requirements.
