Here is the scenario:
Mega Retailer Company (“MRC??) is one of the leading global distributors of consumer products. Their products are categorized mainly into 3 product groups, Food, Personal Care and Home Care. Its customer base ranges from Hotels/Restaurants to Supermarkets to your neighbourhood provision shop. MRC has local presence in every country in Asia Pacific. One or more companies are set up in each country to serve the local market.
You are the Budgeting Manager for MRC. It’s budget time again! You will send a template to the person responsible for the budget in each local market to complete. Upon completion, they will submit these to you for consolidation and analysis. As we all know, there will be few round of revisions before the final budget is finalized. In this case study, we will show you how you can take the pain out of the tedious process of consolidation and analysis brought about by rounds and rounds of revision.
You need to meet the objectives as set by the management and hence, convince/ensure that the Channel Managers and Product Managers agree and commit to the budgets given and meet the objectives as set the following year.
=======
I need a writer to research and write about the process and the pain they encounter when they use Excel for budgeting. It may be more than 1 article. The aim is to attract visitors who are currently facing spreadsheet hell.
If the writer is good, I would then continue with another batch of articles to convince these visitors to sign up for my "[Revolutionary Approach to Excel Budgeting][1]" course which will show then how to avoid spreadsheet hell.
Please submit a brief description (a few lines) on how you wish to write the articles. The articles are for my website.
Please ask if you need more information.
