Initiative Finance is a finance business started in Sydney Australia over 40 years ago. We are looking for people that can generate leads via cold calling pre-approved businesses. Currently, a small team of 6 Finance Brokers offer loans of between AU$5000 - $50,000 to Small Business customers in Australia. Normal terms of the loans are just 12 months, but never exceeding 24 months. The market is starved for non-bank options and this project has been very successful. Interest rate is as low as 6.5% without the need for financials and or property security. We only offer finance to Businesses and not Consumers. If the customer doesn’t have a registered A.B.N or A.C.N then we will not be able to assist them. Customers may apply for finance at no charge. After this, we move to Pre-Approval in writing with the amount offered up to $50,000 and a term not exceeding 24 months. To finalise the loan, the customer pays a small application fee to cover legal fees and the required searches that ensures the person signing the loan agreement is the business owner. This letter is sent within 24 hours of the application being received. At no time will the Agent be asking the customer for payment over the phone. We do not accept Credit Card payments for Business Loans, as per Australian law. We need quality Call Centres that can achieve real results. If you don’t have quality Phone systems and Internet you will not be successful in winning this project. As part of the interview we assess the quality of the phone calls from your centre and the facilities you have. You will need to also provide a public IP for us to test the speed of internet between our Sydney office and your centre. We are looking for quality centre that can ramp up operations easily without the loss of quality. We also have a preference for agents to use Hardware based VOIP phone and not a Softphone connected to a PC. We provide all Data and VOIP Connections. We will provide training and support to your in-house Trainers but it’s your responsibility to provide ongoing training to your agents.
