I basically need a very small and lightweight browser plugin / extension which enable/disable proxy on the browser with the settings embedded to the plug-in/extension.
Browsers:
Internet Explorer
Chrome
Firefox
Safari
It will update it's settings from a server on the network.
It will give multiple settings connection option.
