ASP.Net MVC AngularJs Bootstrap (or Material Design) Entity Framework Small ADMIN Site

I need an admin website for a small project. The website needs to be built using ASP.Net MVC, Web Api, AngularJs, Bootstrap (or google material design) and Entity Framework code first. The application will have 3 main entities. Each of those entities are related and have a few sub-entities. I need clean and simple code. Must use best practices for performance, for instance paging the requested data for listings, repositories, DI, etc. The UI doesn't need to be complex. Just a simple UI such as the one created by the boilerplate "[login to view URL]" would be good enough. It needs to be responsive, as one of the requirements is bootstrap or material design. You will just need to include filtering criterias in the list page for at least the main 3 entities Login can be done using Identity Framework (already included in the boilerplate mentioned above). The login is very simple, no need for multi tenancy. Just username and password. There will be very few users. I will send the project entities details to the selected candidates for a more accurate estimation. Please use latest version of visual studio, ASP.Net and other required frameworks.
