C# library to parse excel data file

This project is to develop a C# class and a test harness for it. I expect this to be high quality code, with nearly 100% of the lines tested by automated unit tests. It must throw specific exceptions for specific errors (no generic exception for invalid user input, missing sheet, etc) It should be able to tolerate certain classes of user error. It must have the capability to handle a validator delegate function to check the parsed data. It must have a constructor that takes a binary data stream of an excel workbook. It must identify the correct worksheet, extract data from it, and populate a database table. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working library and test harness in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
