Create a list of free WebMail sites

The project is to create create a list of as many web based email systems that you can find. These are not system that offer only IMAP,POP connections. Start off with the english language sites, then expand to sites specific to other languages. The approach we recommend is to find web site that provide lists of web mail sites. We have included a few <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Please include these urls as part of your deliverables. As we will need to go back to them at some point to check for updates. 2) After you have compiled the list, Identify the top 20 sites. Do this by finding a internet resource that ranks them or take your best guess. 3) For the top 20 sites, create an email account on each service. We would like the username and password to be the same on all sites. We will provide you this information. If this is not possible, you will create username_1 or username_2 etc. 4) For the top 20 sites, save the html and url for several of the pages in the web mail site. This is one of your deliverables. Save the html into folders a-z and deliver it as a zip file.. The following are the pages we require and the urls taken from a yahoo webmail account. login page - <[login to view URL]> mail list page - <[login to view URL]> view messages page -<[login to view URL]> send mail page - <[login to view URL]> Save each of the files using the website domain and "_login" or "_list" or "_view" or "_send" as the case may be. 5) Another deliverable will be an excel spreadsheet that lists all of this information. For each web mail provider, these are the fields we want -username -password -url of main page -url of login page -url of mail list page -url of view messages page -url of send mail page -filename of mail list page -filename of view mail page -filename of send mail page -language on home page -Is there a free version -Is there a for pay version -What language is the site written in. ASP,PHP etc. -Does it appear to use an open-source email system.. I.e.: <[login to view URL]> Notes: -If the website is in the top 20 then put in all the information. If its not in the top 20 then just list all of the information you can gather without generating an account. -The filenames in the spreadsheet should match the files in the directories. 6 Most likley we will have a followup project where we look for more webmail sites and create accounts with the top 100 webmail sites. 7 How will I select the coder.... Since I have listed a maximum bid for this project, I will select the coder based on their description of how their going to acquire as many web sites as possible. If you have a spider program that will do the work. Great. If you found the best web resource that lists all of the web mail sites, thats even better. Remember, the way you get the information is up to you. We can not nor are we going to ask for you sources.
