C Programmer Required To Compile Open Source Code EXE

I can recompile Midori for Windows by tomorrow at latest, to stay realistic. x86 and x64 is both possible, also I can test the compilations (Windows 8.1 x64...). I'm experienced in programming C in such environments and the type of cross compilation this will require.
