Create a Form using JavaScript, HTML, CSS - open to bidding

1. Create a simple web form where the customer can enter their name, address, city, province, country, and postal code. The form should have a submit button. 2. Build A validation function for the form. When the visitor submits the form, validate it to ensure that all fields have been entered. If anything is wrong with the form data, stop the submission, otherwise send it to http://localhost/[login to view URL] [login to view URL] JavaScript to the web form page to ask for confirmation before submitting or resetting. Put an onClick event handler on the reset button of the form. When the button is clicked, a confirm dialog should pop open-asking the customer if they really want to do this. If the user clicks "ok", the reset should continue, otherwise it should be cancelled. 4. Add extra validation to the Canadian postal code field to use a regular expression to ensure that it is properly formatted. 5. Ensure that the text in the postal code field is converted to uppercase whenever the field value is changed. 6. Whenever the field gets focused, change its background color, and when it loses focus reset the background color. 7. Include some thumbnail size images in the web page. Set up a function that will be called whenever an image receives an onmouseover event. In the function, use JavaScript to modify the style setting on the image to the original height and width. 8. Set up an array or URLs to various resource sites. As the page loads, use the array with a loop to generate links on the page. Put the links inside list items in an unordered list, and position it on the side of the page.
