Add "Ship Too" On Checkout Page

I have a cart (Squirrelcart) and during checkout customers have a choice to create a new account or skip creating a new account. If they choose "skip account" they are taken to the next page that has both billing address and shipping address fields. But if they choose to create an account they only have fields for their billing address and then the next step is shipping choice. so... all I need right now is to add the "ship too" form to the page if they choose "create a new account. thanks
