Careerbuilder clone (Job Portal)

Need the guts of a careerbuilder-like site for a local only website- I will provide flash web templete- Your job is to create the database (MySql or whatever is most efficient), and make it work with the pretty buttons. I don't want a cookie cutter php db like the crap sold on ebay...see careerbuilder's features, but I won't need any of the nation-wide/global features.
