Add email system/etc sections in our modx website

On our website [login to view URL] I would like to add a section promoting our eblast system for which we use campaign monitor ([login to view URL]). The section would be within our current template and cms system (modx evo) and would need to be along the lines of ([login to view URL]) I would like users to be able to create and manage their own accounts which automatically sets up in our campaign monitor. For this project I will require you to do the whole lot to include: design, copy, image sourcing, configuration and setup. I would welcome your proposals and prices for this project. It will sit in the already developed cms and xhtml template. Please post your bids with proposals including ideas, mock-ups, wire-frame diagrams etc. The job will go to our favorite, most thought out creative proposal within budget.
