I would like a FULL and COMPLETE website. It should be something like this site "scriptlance.com" or "elance.com" It will be a site for web developers/web programmers/graphic designers to get work, and the clients who need to hire them. The developers/programmers/designers will login to post their work on my site. And, clients will be able to post their job requests on my site as well. The job posts will automatically get emailed to the service provider (developers, programmers, designers, etc.) signed on. When a service provider accepts a job, they will pay me a $5 fee. The customer also will owe a $5 fee to me. I should be able to edit how much the fee is. I should be able to edit ALL fees. They will be able to transfer money to each other when the work is done, or hold funds in an escrow account. Just like elance.com. The site should be designed in such a way where I can edit the basic functions of the site with ease. The homepage will show a listing of all of the posts as well as featured posts. Users will be able to pay to have their job needs featured, etc... So, basically, it will function (fully) just like elance. Service providers can upload examples of their work as well as their company logo onto the site for the people to view their profile. It doesn't have to have so many membership levels. Two levels is sufficient. It should be fully functioning with little for me to maintain, other than minor modifications, and answering help questions. I will need the entire site done, along with logo/header. All work will belong to me upon completion of project. Also, please only bid if you can actually do this job, with NO BUGS/PROBLEMS...in a timely manner. STATE YOUR TIME FRAME WHEN YOU BID. I will pay on completion of project. Work to be done on your server, then transfered after completed. No escrow payment. Please don't bid unless you can work within my budget. I will need to see examples of your work. The site needs to be "eye-pleasing" and user friendly. Providing a professional mockup will increase your chances of being selected. Please do not use generic looking templates as examples.
