Debugging and altering three files

I have three files, attached below, two of which I would like altered slightly and the third which needs to be debugged. I feel confident that the file is in close to working order, as a version similar to it was working well. However, if it is deemed that the file is completely dysfunctional and you can tell me what then needs to be done, I will still call the project completed. Hopefully, however, and some small changes need to be made and not a complete overhaul. Anyways, the first file, [login to view URL] calls up data from a table and orders it in an array fashion, separated out into three different html tables. What I would like to do with this file is reverse the column order in the html tables. The columns represent years, and currently go from low to high left to right. I would like them to go high to low left to right. The second file, [login to view URL], turns the arrays in [login to view URL] into an editable form, where users can add or edit current data. Again, the columns should be reversed in this file. In this form, the user can also add new rows or columns using a corresponding javascript file that I will include. The final file, [login to view URL], submits all the new data into the corresponding tables. This is the file that does not work well right now. It is very slow, places the data in incorrect cells when the user adds a new columns, doesn't correctly submit titles for new rows, and sometimes runs slow enough so that the file times out. All I can really say at this juncture is that there are at least two distinct problems to be fixed. Along with these files, I will add another file [login to view URL] which is used as an include within these files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of IE and Netscape
