Create a numerical counter to show amount of water saved

My business saves water. On my website I want a page that shows how much water we save per minute, per hour, day, month, year... (a number which I would be able to enter in at the end of each day) also, I want to show different methods of measurement, such as: gallons, ounces, pint, cups, teaspoons...etc. Additionally, I want to include a relative usage point...like the average person in Mozambique lives on 15 liters of water a day....it would be cool to show how many people could use the water we save.
