Complete a partially developed web based app - php,ajax

This project was earlier given to a developer at this vworker, but later he quitted. Some part of the application is yet to be done and i need support of another developer to continue work. This is for an image processing company. Clients do create orders (that part done). Then they need to upload raw images, etc. Then our staff members should be able to upload processed images etc. This is a very brief description and much more details will be provided on those who are interested on request, The maximum bid i ll be accepting will be $150.
