Building a simple cart based site

We want to build a Joomla based web site for picture selling. the products will be ordered by category, topic, size etc.. The site contains - Joomla CMS & site backoffice for the cart. - multi lingual. - a product selecting tool - a picture galery - a cart &order tracking - client management - including wishlist, recomendation etc.. - FaQ - simple forum or blog (option to talkback) - newsletter to clients The site should be designed in an artistic way Please Bid only if u have made cart based site before and u made nice designs. a detailed design will be send to the selected bidders.
