My budget for the project is roughly $300. Development of XHTML and Java-based client-server software that supports the activities of an imaginary on-line college administrative system. Attached are documents that have complete detailed descriptions and timelines for the project. I need someone well versed in XHTML, HTML, JavaScript, Java, JSP, and XML Please read the both attached documents carefully to determine if you are fully capable of completing this project. The faster the better. I am looking to pick a developer within' a day or so. Design is not as important as functionality (it has to work). And it is vitally important to meet the project timelines. This is just an imaginary system and will not be installed or live anywhere across the web. Thanks!

We plan to do the project using jQuery on browser and JSP+Servlets + PHP in back end. The data exchange with grids will be in xml/json. We will use a jquery based grid. We have a static IP where we can showcase our work continuously. Diagrams will be in UML (MyEclipse/StartUML) Can give demo in 10 days of part of app.
