Complete website design Package-

Hi, I am looking for a team of designers, coders, programmers etc who specialise in building a complete website package from scratch. This is not an easy project. I already have the admin panel with some of the website codes. Some correction have to be made with the [login to view URL] needs to be polished up and some stuff needs to be added and taken out. Programmer needs to sign NDA before any information is transfered. Programmer also needs to be able to use Team Viewer. Requirements: 1. Excellent coding skills 2. Beautiful design 3. Clean HTML, PHP, MySQL programming and any other programming languages as required by client 4. Cost-efficient at lowest price 5. Good communication skills 6. Able to handle complex programming tasks as required by client What's most important is that I am looking for people who can understand the task, deliver on time, communicate effectively and complete the job as required by client. If you or your team can deliver a complete whole website package, then its better. The workflow will be as follows: 1. Assignment of project, with initial details 2. Draft of website 3. Feedback from client 4. Full designing and coding work 5. Final review 6. Delivery of all files Payment is via escrow - milestone payment can be arranged.
