clipper program data entry problems

I have a program written in clipper by a the original programmer that runs my business. presently, we are unable to enter information into address data field. I believe I have the compiler, however am unsure. I would also like to make several modifications to the entry fields to allow more detail on the invoice we send to clients. I would like to keep the ownership of the program. I would also have to be able to install the changes easily on to multiple machines. You are able to creat the program on a machine using a macro "[login to view URL]" presntly the software is dos driven. after the program is fixed, I would like to network the software to be shared with the database left on the server or in a single machine on the network. I also need to fix an install issue where the program seeks to install to the "d" drive. The original machine was partitioned in to c & d in 1989. I have a patch to fix this but must change to file each time. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Presently the program operates in dos. Should we be able to modify the program, rewriting it to a windows 98 platform would be in the near future. I would have to be able to convert our current data base to the new platform. We currently maintain 15000 records with multiple data fields. Each new record increases to the next file number by 1, ie a new assignment. ## Deadline information just need to fix the field entry problem immediately. the modifications i'd like can follow.
